Warehouse Supervisor - Shipping

Job Overview We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to safety procedures. Responsibilities Directly report to Operations Manager Manage and lead Shipping team Extension knowledge of using picking and packing quota and metrics using data Implement and enforce best practices for Shipping Oversee shipping processes Utilize warehouse management systems (Netsuite) to track inventory and orders Coordinate and monitor the receipt, storage, and distribution of products Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures Conduct regular inspections to maintain a clean and organized warehouse Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes Skills - Experience in a distribution center environment - Familiarity with forklift operation and safety protocols - Strong background in shipping and receiving procedures - Ability to manage warehouse inventory effectively - Experience with e-commerce warehousing practices - Skilled in inventory control techniques - Capable of heavy lifting as needed If you have a passion for logistics, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead a team effectively, we invite you to apply for the Warehouse Supervisor position.
