Our EMC Test Engineers provide test set-up and make RF measurements on cutting edge technology from a broad range of industries.Responsibilities and DutiesOperate EMC/EMI testing facility for both emissions and immunity.Read and understand requirements for the testing to be performed.Conduct military standard and/or commercial emissions and immunity testing per the applicable requirements.Accurately document testing results.Create test plans to various standards and custom requirements.Confirm the calibration status of all internal test equipment. Perform calibration of equipment.Develop and validate test methods to support unique customer requirements.Understand and take action based on changes to test standards.Troubleshoot test failures to determine causes.Effective interpersonal communication skills - written and verbal.Responsible for equipment, lab maintenance and document organization.Maintain high standards of quality and safety.CompensationProbationary / Training Pay of $37 per hourPost Probationary / Training Pay $80,000 per yearBonus pay for Extra Billable Time, Weekend Time and Team EfficiencyMedical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance401(k) Matching up to 4%.
