Able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, build and execute campaign calendars, and coordinate cross functional efforts to meet deadlines.5+ years of experience in DTC with hands on experience in Shopify, Klaviyo, and subscription platforms (Recharge or similar).  Commercially minded, able to connect lifecycle efforts to revenue, LTV, repeat purchase rate, and AOV/AOP. Exceptional communicator, able to synthesize data and clearly present insights, performance, and recommendations. Proactive and accountable.
