Elementary School Speech-Language Pathologist Location: Reading, PA | On-Site Schedule: Full-Time, 35 hours/week Duration: ASAP – June 8, 2026 Salary Range: $59,000 – $88,000 About the Opportunity: AnthroMed Education is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support our school partner in Reading, PA for the remainder of this school year. This large, diverse, and evolving district is committed to expanding its in-person therapy services.This position offers a unique opportunity to have your caseload tailored to your strengths and interests, providing meaningful impact for students while working alongside a supportive therapy team. What You’ll Be Doing: Provide speech-language therapy services to elementary students Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with families, special education teams, and support staff Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with IDEA and state guidelines Participate in IEP meetings, assessments, and team planning Caseload Information: Caseload: 50–60 students Support both speech-only students and students with complex communication needs Blended caseload with a variety of diagnoses, primarily articulation and language goals Experience with group therapy, push-in therapy, and diverse service delivery models is a plus Dedicated shared office space Cultural competence and experience with children from diverse backgrounds is a plus All student evaluations, IEPs, and services are up-to-date Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid Pennsylvania SLP License Valid PA Education Specialist Certificate Familiarity with AAC is beneficial School-based experience preferred, but not required Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Why Join This School District?
