People Operations Generalist (Hybrid – Boston Seaport, 3 Days Onsite)Role OverviewThis role sits at the center of the employee lifecycle—supporting Total Rewards, People Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition coordination to ensure a seamless experience for both employees and candidates.You will operate within a shared services model, partnering closely with Total Rewards, People Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition to deliver consistent, high-quality People support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys execution, is highly organized, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants exposure across the People TeamLevel & Scope DefinitionExecutes core People workflows with defined processesWorks cross-functionally with People colleagues in support of Nasuni programsSupports TA through coordination, candidate experience, and systemsKey ResponsibilitiesPeople Workflow (Primary Focus)Own, improve, and expand onboarding end-to-end, including documentation, orientation, and Day 1 experienceServe as front-line support for employee inquiries via ticketing systemsCoordinate employee lifecycle changes across HR systems, payroll, benefits, and internal stakeholdersImprove internal policies, workflows, and people programsTalent Acquisition Support (Secondary Focus)Create TA workflows for an optimal canididate and hiring manager experience.Maintain accurate data in Greenhouse (pipeline tracking, reporting)Support recruiting events and intern program executionSupport intern program logistics, onboarding, and experienceLeverage AI tools to streamline scheduling, reporting, and communication workflowsQualificationsMust-Have1–2 years of experience in HR, People Operations, Talent Coordination, or Business adjacentExperience supporting onboarding and HR administrative processesExposure to HRIS or ATS systems (UKG, Greenhouse, or similar)Strong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environmentPreferredExperience supporting Talent Acquisition or interview coordinationExperience in SaaS or high-growth environmentsFamiliarity with compliance and employment practicesComfort using AI tools to improve efficiency (e.g., reporting, scheduling, documentation)IdealExperience operating in a shared services or ticket-based HR modelExperience improving workflows or implementing automationExperience Guidelines1–2 years total experienceMix of HR operations and/or recruiting coordination preferredEarly career candidates with strong execution track record prioritizedAbout Nasuni & Why Work Here (Boston Hybrid)Nasuni is the unstructured data foundation for enterprise teams—and the AI that supports them.
