If you are ambitious, driven, have a sense of ownership and can hit the ground running quickly we want you. You will be collaborating closely with our Product and Engineering teams every step of the way, creating and delivering best-in-class solutions for our clients. Requirements:● A minimum of 6 years of experience and expertise in one or more back-end languages (e.g. Python, Golang and Node) ● Experience creating Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) based solutions. ● Extensive experience doing Microservices and API development. ● Experience working with Open source and proprietary Large language Models (fine-tuning and building API’s for inference) and embedding Models ● Experience in all or any of similarity search, AI guardrails, agentic workflows, AI Test harnesses, experiment tracking and Gen AI based SDK’s ● Experience using one or more of Langchain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph ● Knowledge of AWS Services is a must.Responsibilities: ● Apply best practices and develop production-grade scalable API’s that serve Large language models. ● Utilize Python or Golang and to develop low-latency API’s and SDK’s ● Apply software engineering principles, patterns, and practices and mentor junior members of the team to improve their craft. ● Write unit and automation tests.● Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software ● Create security and data protection settings● Work with the platform engineering team to create and manage CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.Must Have: Python, AI product, API Development
