Corporate Finance Manager

OBJECTIVEThe Corporate Finance Manager will support core financial planning, modeling, and executive-level reporting activities across the business. This role operates at the intersection of Finance, Operations, and Leadership, with direct exposure to senior management, board-level materials, and investor-facing content. This position requires a high-performing individual with strong technical financial skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES·        Build and maintain financial models to support corporate planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives·        Support development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans·        Prepare board materials and executive-level presentations, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with strategic priorities·        Assist in creation and refinement of investor relations materials, including earnings support and external messaging·        Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making across operations and corporate functions·        Partner with internal stakeholders to gather, validate, and synthesize data into actionable outputs·        Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data-driven analysis·        Maintain high standards of data integrity, organization, and version control across deliverables·        Other duties and responsibilities as assignedEXPERIENCE•       Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field•       5-7 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a highly analytical finance role•       Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint (executive-ready materials)•       Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation, and corporate finance concepts•       Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment•       High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
