Data Visualization Developer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Tableau Development & VisualizationDesign, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using TableauTranslate business requirements into intuitive, actionable data storiesOptimize Tableau workbooks, data sources, and queries for performance and scalabilityImplement row‑level security, governance standards, and best practices across Tableau environmentsPublish, manage, and maintain content on Tableau Server/Tableau CloudData Analysis & Engineering CollaborationWork with large, complex datasets to uncover trends, insights, and business opportunitiesPartner with BI and data engineering teams to ensure clean, reliable, and well‑structured data pipelinesValidate data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple sourcesSupport ETL and data modeling discussions to improve reporting foundationsPython & Advanced AnalyticsUse Python for data wrangling, automation, and advanced analytics workflowsBuild scripts to streamline data preparation and enhance visualization capabilitiesStakeholder EngagementCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, iterate on designs, and deliver high‑impact dashboardsCommunicate insights clearly to technical and non‑technical audiencesQUALIFICATIONS:Required-6–8 years of experience in Data Visualization or BI developmentStrong hands‑on expertise with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/CloudProficiency with Tableau features: calculated fields, LOD expressions, parameters, actions, and performance tuningStrong Python skills for data manipulation and automationSolid understanding of BI concepts, data modeling, and SQLExperience working with large datasets and multiple data sourcesStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skillsPreferred -Experience with additional BI tools (Power BI, Qlik) Exposure to cloud data platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipeline concepts
