Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor Supervise a group of 10-15 maintenance technicians in a manufacturing facility that operates 24/7/360 days per year. Provide leadership to the assigned crew to ensure the plant's safety and GMP policies are followed and that the crew executes work plans as directed. Integral member of the maintenance team that will be responsible for updating preventative maintenance programs and improving the asset care plans for plant equipment. Skills Required Technical – Mechanical or electrical training Supervisory/Leadership training or experience Manufacturing – troubleshooting machinery Computer Skills – CMMS – Computerized Maintenance Management System Microsoft Office Suite Experience Required 2 -Years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment or 5- years of total experience in a manufacturing plant. Experience in a maintenance technical role strongly preferred. Education Required High School Diploma with some technical training in maintenance/engineering field. Union- Journeyman experience preferred
