Right Price.Title: Quality Inspector Medical Device Duration: 12 months contract Location: Salt Lake City, UT Shift: Standard Business HoursPosition SummaryPerform entry-level inspection and repetitive tasks associated with visual inspections and basic functional testing.Ensure products meet internal and external specifications through routine and non-routine inspections.Utilize inspection tools including microscopes, calipers, and micrometers.Complete multiple inspection types while maintaining compliance with quality standards.ResponsibilitiesPerform accurate mechanical, physical, and visual inspections of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies per inspection plans and specifications.Perform PCI activities for NA Notifications at the US Regional Service Center as needed.Follow procedural requirements to maintain compliance with Quality System Regulations (cGMP).Support document archival processes including pallet preparation for shipment and scanning for electronic archival in Agile.Initiate Non-Conformance reports as required.Support Non-Conformance (NC) and CAPA activities.Perform multiple inspection tasks (1015 different inspection types).Work on special projects as assigned.QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma or GED required AA or Technical Degree preferredExperience: Entry-level inspection experience preferred Experience in medical device or regulated environments preferredSkillsAbility to perform visual and functional inspectionsExperience using microscopes, calipers, and micrometersBasic computer skills for documentation and data entryAbility to read and comprehend work instructions and engineering drawingsBasic written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of medical device regulations and FDA standards preferredAdditional RequirementsMust be at least 18 years of ageTravel less than 5%Physical Requirements & Work EnvironmentOffice environment with extended periods of sittingManual dexterity required for equipment operationAbility to lift up to 25 lbsWhy Work With Us?We believe in more than just jobswe build careers.
