Join a physician-centric culture that is led by healthcare professionals and is committed to our I-CARE Values: Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence.The selected candidate will be part of a growing Urology service line and will collaborate with our dedicated team of Urologists located in Bay Shore, NY.Our organization consists of 6 hospitals, 3 long-term care facilities, a Home Care and Hospice agency, and a program for individuals with developmental disabilities. We employ over 17,000 staff members and operate with a budget exceeding $3 billion.Salary Range: $474,935 - $693,384Position Overview:Deliver medical care in a high-functioning outpatient environment.Work collaboratively with fellow Urologists as a vital part of a premier health system.Enjoy substantial opportunities for leadership and professional growth.Benefit from additional support staff.Qualifications:Medical Degree from an accredited institution.Valid New York Medical License.Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology, with fellowship training.Ambulatory experience is preferred but not mandatory.Dedication to our organization and the communities we serve.Strong communication skills, excellent bedside manner, and organizational abilities.A robust work ethic and a commitment to being part of a team-oriented, performance-driven health system.The salary range provided is a good faith estimate; actual compensation will depend on various factors, including education, training, skills, licensure, certification, competencies, and relevant experience.
