Company sales, acquisition searches, and Real Market Analysis (RMA) valuations.Cornerstone International Alliance (CIA) — A global network of 35 partner M&A firms with 205+ advisors, founded and led by Cornerstone. CIA partners closed $2.5B+ across 382 transactions in 2025. CIA also produces the M&A Mastermind Podcast.DealCoach — Our valuation tools and software platform for business owners preparing for a future exit. Educational content, online assessments, and lead generation for the CBS pipeline.CAPex (Cornerstone Advisory Partners Exit Program) — Our partner channel for financial advisors, CPAs, exit planners, attorneys, and business coaches who bring exit opportunities to their business-owner clients. CAPex is a major source of referred deal flow.Position SummaryWe’re looking for a Marketing Intern who wants to learn how a high-performing M&A firm builds its brand, runs campaigns, generates leads, and reaches business owners and deal professionals. You’ll work directly with our marketing manager and leadership across all four brands, contributing to live campaigns, content, social media, podcast production, partner communications, and the day-to-day work of keeping the marketing engine running.This position is based in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and requires in-office presence.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Campaigns and Lead GenerationHelp plan and execute email campaigns across HubSpot and Constant Contact for CBS, DealCoach, CIA, and CAPex, including list segmentation, drafting copy, building sends, and reporting on engagement.Support paid and organic campaigns tied to conferences, white papers, research reports, and service launches.Help nurture CAPex inbound leads through onboarding emails, partner education content, and follow-up sequences.Track campaign performance and pull together short read-outs that help us decide what to do next.Content and Social MediaDraft LinkedIn posts, blog content, and short-form copy for Cornerstone, CIA, DealCoach, and CAPex.Repurpose long-form content (white papers, podcast episodes, research reports) into social posts, email snippets, and graphics using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.Schedule and post across LinkedIn and other channels, and keep our content calendar current across all brands.AI and Workflow ToolsUse AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, HubSpot AI, Canva, and others) to draft content, research industries and buyers, and speed up routine marketing work.Help build and refine prompts, templates, and workflows so the marketing team can do more without adding headcount.Bring ideas. If you spot something we could automate or do better, we want to hear it.M&A Mastermind Podcast Support (CIA)Coordinate guest scheduling, prep documents, and intro/outro materials for the M&A Mastermind Podcast.Help with post-production tasks including episode summaries, show notes, social clips, and distribution across Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, and Amazon Music.Track audience growth and engagement, and help us identify topics and guests that resonate.Partner and Referral Communications (CAPex)Support CAPex partner onboarding with welcome emails, training materials, and resource updates.Help maintain the CAPex marketing toolkit that partners use to talk to their clients.Assist with quarterly partner updates and referral-source thank-you communications.General Admin and Marketing OperationsMaintain marketing assets, brand templates, and shared files across all four brands.Update contact lists and CRM records in HubSpot and Constant Contact.Assist with conference and event logistics (State of M&A, CIA events, partner conferences), including registration tracking, signage, and follow-up.Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.Qualifications & SkillsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, Finance, or a related field.Strong writing skills. You can take a complex idea and explain it clearly.Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva.Familiarity with HubSpot, Constant Contact, LinkedIn, and AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT is a plus.Detail-oriented and organized.
