Sr. Quality Control & Sample Management Specialist Our client is looking for an experienced QC and sample management professional to support high‑quality data generation within our Translational DMPK and Clinical Pharmacology team. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and smooth sample lifecycle management across internal and external studies.ResponsibilitiesQC review of bioanalytical data (LC‑MS/MS, ELISA, qPCR) and study documentation from internal teams and CROsManage and review scientific documents in SharePointFormat internal reports and provide templates to CROsQC review of packing slips, manifests, and critical reagent documentationContribute to drafting and editing bioanalytical lab guidelinesRoutine QC of Electronic Lab NotebooksAudit finalized reports and maintain errataUse LIMS (LabVantage) for sample receipt, tracking, aliquoting, storage, shipping, and disposalRequirementsBachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare field5+ years QC experience in pharma, biotech, or CRO environmentsProficiency with LIMS (LabVantage preferred) and electronic notebooksStrong understanding of GxP regulationsExcellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointFamiliarity with bioanalytical assays is a plus
