Our work spans TxDOT, municipal, commercial, and multi‑family developments across the DFW area and the broader Southeast.Why join us?*Competitive Base Salary*Bonus Opportunity*Healthcare Benefits*Vehicle/Allowance*Stock*PTOJob DetailsWe are seeking an experienced Estimator with a background in hardscape/masonry or landscape construction to support a high‑volume construction team.This role is focused on preparing accurate, buildable estimates for projects that may include concrete flatwork, retaining walls, masonry, hardscape features, grading, plantings, irrigation, and site amenities. Depending on background, the estimator may focus more heavily on either the hardscape/masonry side or the landscape construction side.Responsibilities include:*Reviewing plans and specifications and performing detailed quantity takeoffs*Estimating labor‑driven, self‑perform scopes and coordinating subcontractor pricing as needed*Preparing competitive bids and supporting preconstruction efforts(*Working closely with operations to ensure estimates align with field executionIdeal background:*Estimating experience in hardscape/masonry or landscape construction*Strong plan‑reading and takeoff skills*Familiarity with labor production rates, materials, and construction sequencingThis is a great opportunity for an estimator who wants to stay close to the work and see projects through from bid to build.For immediate attention, if skills align, please email resume and projects to: Bryna@jobot.comInterested in hearing more?
