Master PlannerWe are seeking a Master Planner with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) to lead our end-to-end production planning, materials coordination, and demand forecasting. This role owns the planning function, drives operational efficiency, and ensures our supply chain runs with precision.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning — Develop, maintain, and optimize master production schedules aligned with demand, capacity, and inventory targets.Business Central MRP — Configure, run, and analyze MRP/MPS processes within BC to ensure accurate supply and demand signals.Inventory Optimization — Maintain optimal stock levels, safety stock, and reorder points using BC planning parameters.Capacity Management — Evaluate resource constraints and adjust schedules to maximize throughput.Cross-Functional Collaboration — Partner with procurement, operations, sales, and finance to align planning with business priorities.Data Accuracy — Ensure item cards, BOMs, routings, and planning parameters are accurate and continuously improved.Reporting & KPIs — Build and maintain planning dashboards and performance metrics.Required Qualifications3–5+ years experience as a Master Planner, Production Planner, or Supply Chain Planner.Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including:MRP/MPSItem planning parametersBOMs & routingsDemand forecastingProduction ordersStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or related operational environments.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Lean, S&OP, or continuous improvement methodologies.College degreeAPICS certificationBackground in multi-site or high-mix/low-volume environments.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance incentivesComprehensive benefits packageGrowth opportunities within a scaling organizationA collaborative environment where planning excellence is valuedHow to ApplyPlease submit your resume and a brief summary of your BC planning experience to our hiring team.
