VP, Account Supervisor (Market Access)

This role requires deep payer and reimbursement expertise, strong financial acumen, and the ability to influence senior pharmaceutical stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesAct as senior strategic lead and trusted advisor to market access client stakeholdersDrive long-term brand and market access strategy aligned to business objectivesOversee account performance, financial health, forecasting, and profitabilityLead high-level client engagements including QBRs and annual planningIdentify organic growth opportunities and support new business initiativesProvide proactive counsel on market access trends and evolving payer landscapesUnderstand patient support and access trends and requirementsMentor and develop account leadership talentPartner cross-functionally to deliver integrated, high-impact solutionsUphold and model company values in all client and team interactionsEducation: College Degree, preferably in marketing, pharmaceutical advertising, or communicationsProfessional Skills and Requirements:10+ years of Market Access agency or comparable healthcare/pharma experienceProven success managing large accounts and driving revenue growth.Excellent written and oral communication skillsMaturity to handle independent senior-level Client contactUnderstanding of therapeutic categories/disease statesStrong financial management and forecasting experienceDemonstrated leadership and team development experience
