Contract Attorney: Capital Markets / Treasury Repo

New York, NY (4 Days Onsite); (alternatively, Pittsburgh or Boston)Duration: At least six (6) monthsLicensed Attorney in good standing: New York, Massachusetts, or Pennsylvania$175/HourWe are working with a leading financial institution seeking an experienced Contract Attorney to assist with contract negotiations pertaining to its Fixed Income Clearing Corporation (FICC) centrally cleared Treasury repo product.This role requires a strong understanding of capital markets transactions and hands-on experience with repurchase transactions governed by Master Repurchase Agreements (MRAs).
