This is a first shift position Monday- Friday 6:15 AM - 2:45 PM, with some mandatory overtime throughout the week and on Saturday.This position will be responsible for ensuring the receipt of incoming containers and maintaining the system inventory accuracy. Other responsibilities include conducting inventory adjustments as needed, track re-operations and customer returns and coordinate projects for re-operations and returns. This position will have primary responsibility for overseeing the department in the supervisor's absence.Essential Functions IncludeCommunicate with the transportation department on delivery schedules.Assist in the training of employees on WMS and other computer systems used in the department.Develop and oversee processes to ensure accuracy of inventory.Ensure that customer returns are processed in a timely manner and meet customer deadlines.Maintain multi-stockrooms for receiving, reoperations, and customer returns.Work with the quality department and haul/locate supervisors on unloading and delivery audits.Coordinate shipments with outside vendors and contractors to complete reoperations.Audit quality of projects and give feedback to inhouse contractor.Track and resolve any problems concerning incoming shipments.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent.Good communication, organization, problem solving, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Strong attention to detail.Proficient in MS Office(Word, Excel, Outlook)Inventory Control and/or accounting experience strongly preferred.Working Knowledge of WMS/PLM and inventory control systems.Must submit Resume and/or Job History to be considered for this positionAll Positions Require The Following Minimum QualificationsMandatory OvertimeMust be able to push and pull boxes and lift up to 40 lbs.Must be willing to participate in a background check and drug screen.All new hires will be asked to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States upon hire.BenefitsWe have a unique pay system, with realistic standards, that rewards you for your effort!Medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance.401k retirement plan with a generous matching contribution.Paid vacation plus holidays.Tuition Reimbursement.Employee appreciation events.Product discounts and employee sales.Temperature controlled work environment.Adoption assistance.
