In this role, you will interact with outside sales, engineering, manufacturing, and shipping to deliver solutions for our customers.What You'll DoComplete an extensive hands-on training program including time in a manufacturing environmentDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.Provide technical information and support to customers to help them understand and select the appropriate products for their needs.Respond to inbound sales calls from our established customer base for product and pricing information, order status, or delivery confirmation.Actively reach out to existing customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to generate salesEnter orders and quotes for stock and custom manufactured components and systemsCoordinate with Outside Sales on open opportunities in their sales territories and work together to grow customer sales.Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Required Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesBachelor's in engineering degree required.1-2 years of sales/customer service experience is preferred.Strong mechanical aptitude or technical inclination is required.Meticulous attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Sense of urgency in responding to customer requests.Self-starter attitude with the drive to succeed and achieve goals.Independent ability to evaluate situations, solve problems, and make decisions.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.Computer proficiency and organizational skills.Experience with Microsoft AX is a plus.Desired Personal Attributes Adaptability!
