Position: IT TechnicianLocation: Mobile, ALPay: $21/hourExperience: 1 to 3 years of previous IT experience is required.Type: Full-time; ContractSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pmClark Personnel is seeking a IT Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!Job DescriptionProvision users, provide technical assistance and maintain systemsAcquire, configure and deliver IT equipment (computers, printers, phones etc.)Troubleshoot computer problems and operate technology systemsProvide comprehensive customer onboarding activities and ensure customers fully understand how to use and manage all company products/servicesResolve client issues and concerns, finding quick and effective solutionsProvide excellent customer service, providing assistance to customers and guests on a wide variety of requests and issuesMaintain accurate data & notes in a CRM (or other similar database)Position RequirementsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
