TCW focuses on building long-term relationships by delivering value-driven solutions customized to each client’s needs.Role Description The Operations Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dalton, GA, responsible for supporting daily terminal and logistics operations. This role coordinates freight movements, schedules drivers, and communicates load details to internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time and safe service. The Operations Coordinator maintains accurate records, updates transportation management systems, and prepares routine reports related to shipments, routes, and performance metrics. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving service issues, and collaborating with operations leadership to adjust plans based on changing conditions. The role also supports administrative tasks such as documentation, compliance checks, and general office support to keep operations running efficiently.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, monitor performance, and support problem-solving and decision-making.Effective Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams.Knowledge of Operations Management, including scheduling, dispatch coordination, and logistics processes in a transportation or warehousing environment.Customer Service experience in handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining professional relationships with clients and partners.Administrative Assistance skills, including data entry, document management, use of office software (e.g., MS Office), and maintaining accurate records.Ability to prioritize tasks, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing operational needs.Familiarity with transportation management or logistics software is beneficial.High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, logistics, or a related field is a plus.Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations preferred.Starting Pay is around $55,000 annual w/ benefits Shift needed 0500-1400On Site in Dalton, GA
