Pay rate $22-24/hr W2Part time On-call temp support for POS and IT clients in the Houston area.8 hours per month guaranteed but will be more as the tech gets acquainted with the client systems. Typical IT Support;Provide in-person technical support and basic training for end users on supported devices and systems.Perform imaging, configuration, deployment, and replacement of workstations and other end-user devices.Provide onsite support including device setup, wipes, operating system reinstalls, Microsoft and Microsoft 365 support, and general day to day troubleshooting.Perform physical replacement of infrastructure hardware and assist with labeling, documentation, and organization of network equipment. Typical POS Support;Ensure all IT systems are fully supporting the extremely high traffic volume (high-speed internet, POS computers, overhead paging, other PC workstations around the showrooms, barcode scanners, receipt printers, label printers, etc.). Cable Management and Labeling (the server cabinet especially needs to be cleaned up and all cables tagged/labeled, as well as other cables to/from switches)
