With warehouse facilities in several states and service representatives covering all regions of the country, there isn't a retail location we can't service. Duties and Responsibilities:Independently travel across a large territory of various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards. Set up, replenish, and merchandise our trendy and high-quality products at stores on a route driving a company vehicle from SRP's fleet. Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales. Maintain planograms to ensure consistency across all store locations. Set up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are accurately placed. Work closely with store managers and other team members to achieve merchandising goals. Manage stock, rotate products, and ensure shelves are well-stocked in store while maintaining a company paid storage unit that will store additional inventory. Daily Schedule starting at 6:00am. The schedule is typically 48-52 hours a week with additional overtime available periodically. Candidate must have the ability to spend 2-3 nights out a week in a hotel when specific route business needs determine it. Expected Compensation Range: $57,929 $67,485 annually. The range above reflects the estimated annual compensation based on a 50-hour workweek and includes expected overtime and performance-based bonuses. Actual earnings may vary based on schedule, experience, and location. Qualifications:Valid driver's license and good driving record Tech savvy (smartphone apps, Outlook, and Zoom) Previous experience in customer service, sales and/or retail preferred Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and bend, push, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation Physical ability to climb in and out of a vehicle frequently Be 21 years of age or older Must be able to rent and operate a rental car through company approved vendor, as required for travel or site visits.
