Salary Range: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $27 to $29 hourly. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, and budget.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
We're looking for an exceptionally organized, highly collaborative team member who thrives in an agile, fast-paced environment. The Digital Experience Assistant provides day-to-day support across the Vince.com ecommerce business, with a primary focus on product lifecycle management and digital product roadmap execution. This role supports execution across product setup, promotions and digital product implementation to ensure a brand-aligned and seamless user experience.
This role partners closely with the Digital Experience Assistant and Digital Product Associate, along with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless site operations, engaging customer journeys, and strong execution of launches, promotions, and ongoing site activities.
Digital Experience
Help to manage Vince's product catalog in Salesforce Commerce Cloud across eCommerce and outlet
Support the entire product lifecycle from initial set up, to markdowns and site clean ups
Support client services with product-related inquiries and overall product maintenance
Manage relationships with key cross-functional partners to receive product information such as imagery, copy, and pricing in a timely manner and resolve product set-up issues
Support digital merchandising
Assist with QA for promotions and site enhancements
Execute site search optimization techniques
Continually assess Vince's digital experience and provides recommendation on that could be improved (in terms of brand expression, customer experience, sales drivers)
Digital Product
Support the Digital Product Associate in executing the product roadmap for site experience
Assist in writing clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features, fixes and optimizations
Support in tracking, testing, and validating feature releases to ensure quality and expected functionality
Support in testing and implementing A/B tests to validate user experiences before implementing broader rollouts
Assist in search engine optimization (SEO) efforts, including crafting page headers, meta descriptions, and supporting keyword and phrase tracking to improve content visibility and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners such as Site Experience, Creative, Marketing, and Technology teams to gather, review, and prioritize requirements to ensure transparency, alignment, and timely delivery of roadmap initiatives
Qualifications/Experience We're Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree in related-field
At least one year of E-commerce experience, Salesforce Commerce Cloud Experience preferred; experience with Jira, or Adobe Analytics is a plus
Extremely detail-oriented with excellent project and time-management skills
Agile and ability to adapt to change quickly, with an ability to balance multiple initiatives and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Computer proficiency with MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with several cross-functional teams
Deep interest in the digital space and understanding trends and innovations
