With a strong dispatch and operations team based in Syracuse, NY, they are looking to add aproven freight sales professionalwho can bring and grow shipper relationships. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow an existingbook of shipper business Prospect and developnew shipper accounts Sellspecialized transportation solutions Negotiate pricing and service agreements Work closely with operations/dispatch to ensure smooth load execution Track pipeline, activity, and revenue growth Requirements35+ years of freight brokerage or logistics sales experience Must bring an active, transferable book of business Strong negotiation, relationship‐building, and closing skills Self‐starter comfortable workingfully remote Experience with CRM and standard sales tools Qualifications?? Critical Experience Requirement Theideal candidate will have 35 years of experience specifically in specialized freight , including: Open Deck Step Deck Double Drop Over Dimensional (OD) Must bring an established, portable book of business (active shipper accounts you can transfer and service).
