*Role & Compensation Overview* * *Job Title:* Technical Recruiter (IT Focus) * *Location: *Reading, PA (Green Hills area) * *Schedule:* Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | *4 Days Onsite* * *Pay Rate:* $34.00 – $36.00 / hour *Core Responsibilities* * *Full-Cycle Recruitment:* Manage end-to-end IT hiring from intake strategy through offer negotiation, background check, and onboarding. * *Direct Sourcing:* Proactively engage passive technical talent across specialized platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Handshake, etc.). * *Hiring Manager Partnership:* Lead intake meetings, align on success criteria, manage expectations, and deliver regular, data-driven pipeline updates. * *Candidate Experience:* Provide timely, respectful follow-up across all active candidates to maintain brand reputation. * *Compliance & Reporting:* Ensure strict adherence to federal/state employment regulations and track metrics within Oracle Recruiting Cloud. Pay: $34.00 - $36.00 per hour Work Location: In person
