Director of Community & Support
Pave the path for our community and customer support initiatives and product roadmap. We're looking for an expert in customer support that can bring exceptional customer experiences to the community with today's leading edge tools!
Responsibilities
Define the overall community and customer care strategy for Listia. You will manage a team and also work directly with the product, engineering, and founding teams to delivery and operate our customer satisfaction initiatives. Help us get to the next level of customer satisfaction!
What We're Looking For
Design and implement a service model and support standards across the team
Work with the product and engineering teams to develop new features and communicate user experiences
Define and report key business metrics based on the business and community needs
Develop a growth and management strategy for the support team to meet the needs of the business
Manage and prioritize a product roadmap for features that address the needs of the community and the support team
Located in the Bay Area, CA required
