Job TypeFull-timeDescriptionScope:A Fabrication Operator will perform all the duties related to fabricating Printed Circuit Boards into distinct parts/arrays from a production panel, including the start- up, set up, operation, preventive maintenance and produce a quality product.Essential Job Function:Operate multiple CNC machines simultaneously to fabricate low tolerance patterns (rout, milling, bevel)Independently perform complex and standard machine set upsLoad Fabrication programsAlign production panels to tooling pins on Fabrication machineVisually and mechanically inspect panelsMake required adjustmentsOperate chamfer, V-scoring machine and beveling machinesMaintain a safe, neat and organized workplaceWear all mandatory PPEWork schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm.RequirementsEssential Qualifications, Education and Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.One year experience working in a manufacturing environment is a mustAble to work overtime, weekends as neededPreferred Additional Skills:Computerized numerical control experience helpfulAbility to read, write and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job.Manual dexterity / steady hand requiredAbility to read blueprints and drawingsAbility to use a scope, caliper and micrometerAttention to detailGood vision requiredGood math skillsComputer skills (basic)Able to work in a team environment and willing to cross trainPhysical Requirements:Able to lift 25 pounds without strainingAble to stand throughout the entire shiftCompensation/Benefits:California Pay Range: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour USD | DOEThe actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.Advanced PCB offers a variety of health and benefit programs.
