Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney

Our client, a leading national firm with offices across the US, are looking to grow their esteemed practice group in New York City with a number of strategic hires. This position is ideal for a motivated attorney with substantial litigation experience who is eager to build a long term career with a leading AmLaw firm.ResponsibilitiesIndependently handle all phases of complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on matters such as general liability, NYS Labor Law, construction defect, premises liability, auto/transportation liability and or personal injury.Regularly conduct & defend depositions, handle court appearances, and motion practice.
