The business is continuing to invest heavily in its trading and risk technology landscape, with a strong focus on scaling its commodities business. They are now looking for someone to join their global technology team, supporting the ongoing build-out of their CTRM platform.Role OverviewThis is a key delivery role sitting within the CTRM technology function, working closely with trading, operations, middle office, and engineering teams. You’ll play a central role in shaping and delivering end-to-end physical metals capabilities across a modern platform environment, ensuring business requirements are clearly defined, technically feasible, and delivered in a controlled and scalable way.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with trading, operations, middle office, and technology teams to define and refine requirementsTranslate complex business needs into clear functional specifications for delivery teamsSupport enhancement of CTRM platform capabilities for physical metals workflowsAnalyse and improve front-to-back processes across the metals lifecycleCover trade capture, logistics, inventory, settlements, pricing, and reportingContribute to testing, implementation, and post-go-live optimisationIdentify process gaps, control weaknesses, and improvement opportunitiesAct as a key bridge between business users and technology teamsHelp drive a more scalable and standardised operating model for metalsExperience RequiredProven Business Analyst or similar experience within commodities tradingStrong physical commodities knowledgeGood understanding of end-to-end commodity trading workflowsExperience with logistics, inventory, settlements, pricing, and controls in physical marketsCTRM platform experience is idealStrong stakeholder managementAbility to translate complex requirementsExperience working in fast-paced, delivery-focused technology environmentsStrong communication and analytical skills
