Location: Elkhart, IN (Hybrid)Salary: $80,000 – $100,000, depending on experienceAbout the RoleWe're partnering with a growing organization in Elkhart, IN to hire a BI Analyst who will help transform operational, transactional, and EDI data into actionable business insights. This role blends analytics, reporting, and data integration, supporting teams by delivering reliable dashboards while ensuring data flows accurately from source systems into reporting environments.The BI Analyst will work closely with business, IT, and external partners to manage manage ETL processes and develop Power BI solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.What We're Looking ForMust-Have Skills3–5+ years of experience in a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar roleStrong hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI ServiceWorking knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M)Proven experience supporting or developing ETL/ELT processesAbility to analyze, validate, and reconcile data from multiple source systemsStrong analytical skills with excellent attention to detailAbility to translate business needs into clear reporting and analytics solutionsStrong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experienceNice-to-HaveExperience with SQL Server and writing T-SQL queriesExposure to Azure data services (Azure SQL, Data Factory, Synapse)Familiarity with EDI mapping tools or integration platformsExperience supporting data quality, reconciliation, and exception handlingExperience working with Oracle Fusion applications (ERP, SCM, or Financials)Background in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or distribution environmentsPower BI or Microsoft data-related certificationsKey ResponsibilitiesBusiness Intelligence & ReportingDesign, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reportsTranslate complex operational, ERP, and EDI data into actionable insightsEnsure reporting accuracy, consistency, and usabilityETL & Data PreparationDevelop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines that feed BI datasetsPerform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checksOptimize data refresh performance and reliabilityCollaboration & SupportWork with business stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize analytics needsProvide documentation and user support for reporting solutionsServe as a trusted analytics partner for operational and leadership teamsContinuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to automate reporting and data integration processesContribute to BI standards, governance, and best practicesStay current on Power BI and analytics industry trends#ZRCFSTECH #LI-JB123 #INAPR2026 Click here to apply online
