About the Opportunity:The Lead Localization Operations Program Manager leads strategic programs that enhance how localization is delivered at scale. This role is critical in advancing the organization''s ability to provide culturally relevant experiences by driving technical innovation and operational excellence within localization processes. The position requires partnering across various teams to develop scalable solutions that align with evolving business goals and global technology trends.3. Responsibilities:Lead complex, cross-functional localization programs from strategy to execution, serving as the main point of accountability.Translate localization leadership priorities into actionable technical roadmaps and identify tradeoffs.Design and implement scalable technology solutions, including AI and machine translation, to enhance localization quality and efficiency.Align technical localization strategies with business objectives and collaborate with engineering partners to influence long-term roadmaps.Manage technical integrations and relationships with external language service and technology providers.Drive continuous improvements in localization processes, automation, and quality frameworks.4. Requirements:9+ years of experience in Technical Program or Product Management with a record of delivering global, complex solutions.Deep expertise in localization and internationalization, including implementing end-to-end solutions and AI-driven tools.Strong technical understanding of language technology APIs and machine translation pipelines.Proven ability to lead innovation and influence technical roadmaps across diverse stakeholders.Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.Experience partnering with senior leadership as a strategic advisor.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field preferred.5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Pay range $168,000—$210,000 USDPotential eligibility for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.6.
