Art Processor

FLSA Classification Hourly Reports to Art Supervisor Hours 1st Shift - Monday thru Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm Job Description Summary/objective Duties include, but are not limited to: Coordinate incoming and worked orders to the proper art team Digitally process proofing department ques and emails Check and process orders to production and art teams Work with production and customer service to schedule ship dates and proof dates Potential expanded job functions: Resolve issues regarding client supplied art files Address order queries from art teams Create simple virtual mockups and check art specifications QUALIFICATIONS Dependable Detail oriented Excellent verbal/written communication Multitasking skills Ensure orders are processed in a timely fashion MacOS or PC proficient Adobe Illustrator experience is a plus Work environment Climate controlled environment Physical demands May require lifting up to 20lbs Other duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
