Custom Software Engineer

Job Description As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions by designing, coding, and enhancing components across systems or applications. You will apply modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high‐performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You are expected to build knowledge and support the team while actively participating in problem‐solving discussions. Learn and understand established processes to deliver high‐quality software components effectively. Execute clearly defined development tasks with attention to detail and consistency. Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve common technical challenges. Contribute to team discussions by sharing insights and recognizing recurring patterns in software development. Support the continuous improvement of software solutions by applying feedback and learning from experienced colleagues. Basic Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of work experience. Minimum of 1 year of experience in Python development. HS Diploma/GED. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Similar. Minimum of 1 year of experience in development in Python 2.x. Compensation Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles, depending on location, skill set, and experience.
