The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on laminated doughs, bread pastries, and a variety of other baked goods. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to producing high-quality baked items, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, and laminated doughs, including croissants, Danish, and puff pastry.Measure and mix ingredients accurately to create doughs and batters.Follow recipes and adjust based on seasonal ingredients and availability.Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.Monitor and manage baking times and temperatures to ensure optimal product quality.Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and improve existing products.Assist in inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies as needed.Maintain equipment and report any maintenance issues.Wage InformationThe hourly rate for this position is between $23.00 - $26.00.
