We live our Core Values: Safety, Integrity, Excellence, Communication, Determination.What you’ll doLead the dry utilities scope on mission-critical/data center projects: duct banks, MV/LV power routing, telecom, undergroundDrive front-end design/constructability reviews and risk mitigationOwn budget, schedule, procurement, and subcontractor performance for electrical/dry utility workCoordinate tightly with civil and structural teams for seamless integrationServe as the client-facing lead for all dry utility mattersMentor project teams; support precon/proposals as we expandWhat you’ll bring7+ years in electrical/dry utilities construction (duct banks, UG utilities; mission-critical/data center experience preferred)Proven success managing budgets, schedules, and subs; strong field coordinationComfortable with CPM scheduling and technical documentationExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solvingBS in EE/CM or related (or equivalent experience).
