This position will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SmartCOMM documentation and correspondence solutions for complex enterprise systems.Job SummaryThe Senior SmartCOMM Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SmartCOMM documentation and correspondence solutions for complex enterprise systems. This role also provides technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to junior developers while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable communication solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain SmartCOMM templates, layouts, style sets, and data modelsBuild and support documentation and correspondence for multiple communication channelsPerform data modeling to ensure efficient data processing and management within SmartCOMMConduct testing and validation to ensure solution quality, accuracy, and functionalityIntegrate SmartCOMM with other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM platforms) using APIsCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsOptimize templates and data models for performance, scalability, and maintainabilityProvide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developersSupport ongoing enhancements, troubleshooting, and production issuesWork within an Agile development environmentRequired Skills & QualificationsDocGen experience (Document Generation tools) – MUST HAVEExperience with RESTful APIsStrong understanding of template-driven document generation systemsPreferred Skills.NET development experienceMuleSoft integration experienceSQL Server database experienceSalesforce platform experienceExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsNice-to-Have AttributesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesAbility to lead technically and work independently on complex initiatives#J-18808-Ljbffr
