Calibration Technician - Lab (OCS)

OCS Technologies, an Accredited Labs company, is seeking a qualified In-Shop Calibration Technician to join our Cleveland laboratory team. This position is responsible for performing calibration and verification of customer equipment in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.Location: Cleveland, OhioKey Responsibilities:Calibration-Perform calibration and verification of customer equipment in a laboratory environment. Primary disciplines will include force, torque, pressure, and dimensional inspection.Follow documented calibration procedures, work instructions, and quality system requirementsAccurately record calibration data and results in the calibration management systemIdentify out-of-tolerance conditions and communicate findings per company proceduresMaintain calibration standards, equipment, and a clean, organized work areaMeet productivity and turnaround time requirementsSupport internal and external audits as requiredQualifications-Previous experience as a calibration technician or related technical roleWorking knowledge of force, torque, pressure, and dimensional measurement preferredAbility to read and interpret technical procedures, specifications, and drawingsStrong attention to detail and documentation accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications-Experience in an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratoryFamiliarity with calibration management software (IndySoft preferred)Multi-discipline calibration experiencePhysical Requirements / Work Environment:Laboratory-based work environmentAbility to stand, bend, lift, and handle calibration equipment as requiredOccasional overtime may be required based on workloadWhy Accredited Labs:Nationally recognized calibration organizationStable customer base with recurring service programsEmphasis on safety, quality, and standardized processesOpportunities for training and career advancement within the Accredited Labs networkAbout Us:Accredited Labs is a trusted provider of accredited calibration services.
