Title / Office Clerk - Automotive

As our title clerk at Ron Bouchard's Honda, you'll ensure accurate processing of vehicle titles, prepare payoff checks, and maintain thorough records of all out-of-state titles. You’ll also report missing or problematic titles, manage police logs, and provide administrative support, including assisting registry specialists and completing necessary scans and paperwork. Job Responsibilities: Ensures funds have been collected and appropriate lien holders have been paid prior to processing title applications, ensuring application accuracy. Prepares payoff checks for new vehicles and trades, verifying and maintaining system records of all out of state titles. Reports missing or problematic titles to Controller/Office Manager. Maintains a complete report of outstanding titles and provides report to Controller/Office Manager at month end. Reviews title log each day to ensure titles are released on-time. Completes vehicle registrations on an as needed basis. Manages police log. Completes PO scans on an as needed basis. Completes flooring and holdbacks. Assists department and team with administrative duties including answering phones, faxing, filing, retrieving miscellaneous paperwork, forms, titles etc for co-workers or management. Recommended Qualifications: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S High School diploma or equivalent. Experience and exposure in the Automotive industry and/or retail a plus. CVR certification a plus. Why work for us?
