Participates in design, testing, training, knowledge transfer,system tuning, and system implementation to translate and trackresults of business analysis through entire system development lifecycle (SDLC). Conducts systems analysis, codes applications, and coordinatesdevelopment efforts with other IT staff. Analyzes and recommends new procedures and techniques to improverequirements gathering, articulation, process and data modeling,testing and documentation process. Keeps abreast of new developments in the information technologyfield by continuing education through online training platforms,meetings, training sessions, seminars, and conferences to increasefamiliarity with and remain current on products, vendors,techniques, and procedures. Attends demonstrations and exhibitions related to assignedoperations. Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonablywithin the scope of duties enumerated above.## Minimum Qualifications Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent tofour (4) years college with course work in computer science ordirectly related fields. Requires three (3) years of professional experience in ApplicationsServices or a related Information Services field.
