This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all project phases while working closely with an experienced Project Manager and wider team.The RoleAs an Assistant Project Manager, you'll play a key supporting role across pre-installation, installation, and project closeout. You'll help keep projects organized, on track, and running smoothly while developing your skills in coordination, communication, and project delivery.What You'll Be DoingPre-InstallationSupport project handover from Sales to OperationsReview submittals and ensure materials and project details are accurateAssist with scheduling and coordination of crews and timelinesHelp prepare and organize installation kickoff meetingsInstallation PhaseTrack materials and coordinate updates with ProcurementSupport jobsite inspections, quality checks, and documentationAssist with progress tracking and billing updatesHelp process weekly pay applications for completed workProject CloseoutAssist with punch list completion and final project requirementsSupport retainage billing after substantial completionHelp ensure all project documentation is complete and organizedAdditional SupportCoordinate material deliveriesTrack and report on material and labor-related itemsSupport the Project Manager with day-to-day project needsWhat We're Looking ForStrong organizational and time management skillsClear communication skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesComfortable working in a fast-paced, team environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Construction or project coordination experience is a plusAbout Craft CroswellCraft Croswell is known for delivering high-end flooring and slab solutions that truly stand out.
