At TP-Link Systems Inc, we are committed to crafting dependable, high-performance products to connect users worldwide with the wonders of technology.Embracing professionalism, innovation, excellence, and simplicity, we aim to assist our clients in achieving remarkable global performance and enable consumers to enjoy a seamless, effortless lifestyle.OverviewWe are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to shape user experiences across TP-Link’s connected home ecosystem, including mobile apps, device interfaces, and cloud-based services (Tapo, Deco, Omada).You will focus on delivering clear, intuitive, and scalable experiences across a wide range of products, simplifying complex networking and smart home interactions for everyday users.This role requires strong execution, systems thinking, and the ability to work across hardware and software in a fast-paced, global environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign end-to-end user experiences across mobile apps and connected devices (setup, control, automation, troubleshooting)Translate complex networking and IoT functionality into simple, intuitive user flowsCollaborate closely with product management, engineering, and global teams (US & China) to define features and requirementsCreate user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designsApply and contribute to TP-Link’s design system to ensure consistency across multiple product linesDeliver detailed design specifications and support implementation with engineering teamsUse user insights, data, and usability feedback to iterate and improve designsEnsure high standards of usability, clarity, and visual quality across all deliverablesWork across multiple projects efficiently in a high-volume product environmentRequirementsBasic Qualifications5–8+ years of UX/UI design experienceStrong portfolio demonstrating shipped products (mobile or digital products)Solid foundation in interaction design, information architecture, and visual designExperience designing end-to-end product experiencesAbility to simplify complex technical concepts into intuitive user experiencesProficiency with Figma or equivalent design toolsExperience working closely with product managers and engineersPreferred QualificationsExperience in smart home, networking, or IoT productsExperience designing across hardware + software ecosystemsFamiliarity with design systems and scalable UI frameworksExperience working with global or distributed teamsUnderstanding of onboarding flows (Wi-Fi setup, device pairing, troubleshooting)Experience using data and analytics to inform design decisionsWhat Success Looks LikeDelivers high-quality designs across multiple product lines with consistency and clarityImproves usability of complex features like setup, connectivity, and device controlWorks effectively across global teams and fast development cyclesContributes to scalable design solutions across the ecosystemBalances speed and quality in a high-volume product environmentBenefitsSalary Range: $140K-$165KFree snacks and drinksFully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance (partial coverage for dependents) Contributions to 401k fundsBi-annual reviews, and annual pay increasesHealth and wellness benefits, including free gym membershipQuarterly team-building eventsAt TP-Link Systems Inc., we are continually searching for ambitious individuals who are passionate about their work.
