Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Veterinary Technician located in Orlando, FL. Responsibilities include providing excellent animal care, assisting veterinarians with medical procedures, administering medications, preparing animals for surgery, monitoring anesthesia, and supporting pet owners with education about their pet’s health. The Veterinary Technician will also maintain medical records and ensure the cleanliness and functionality of the clinic. Qualifications Proficient skills in Animal Care and Pet Care to ensure the health and comfort of animalsExperience with Veterinary Technology and Anesthesiology to assist with medical procedures and surgery preparationStrong Client Education skills to provide accurate information to pet owners regarding treatments and careExcellent communication and organizational skillsRelevant certification or degree in Veterinary Technology (preferred)Experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal care environment is an advantageCommitment to professionalism and compassion in animal care
