Role Description This opportunity is for a Boxing Coach at our specialized training facility in Hilliard, OH, operating as an Independent Contractor. The Boxing Coach will design and deliver individualized and small-group boxing programs focused on skill development, conditioning, and performance. Responsibilities include coaching boxing technique, footwork, conditioning, and fight-specific training while tracking client progress and maintaining a motivating, disciplined training environment. The ideal coach brings passion, professionalism, and a commitment to helping clients build confidence, skill, and long-term consistency through boxing. Qualifications Strong expertise in boxing technique, conditioning, and skill development Proven experience coaching boxing for fitness, performance, or competition Ability to design structured boxing programs tailored to individual goals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships Passion for boxing, coaching, and helping others progress physically and mentally Relevant coaching certifications and CPR/AED certification preferred Prior experience as a boxing coach or trainer strongly preferred This is a 1099 independent contractor position and includes a monthly investment to operate your business within our facility.
