Our Automotive team consist of around 1500 employees, 10 locations and 44 nationalities, we're an international team working together to challenge the ordinary.If this sounds like you, let's talk.Role PurposeINEOS Automotive is seeking a Remarketing Manager who will provide efficient customer service and perform administrative duties related to the remarketing of vehicle returns. The role involves working closely with customers, auto dealerships, vendors, and financial institutions to manage the inventory of pre-owned retail and lease-return vehicles. This position also includes responsibilities such as vehicle return management, transportation logistics, inspection, title coordination, and sales (online, physical, and direct-to-dealer).Key ResponsibilitiesManage the remarketing of rental fleet, company-owned and off-lease vehicle returns while maximizing value and aligning with operational goalsSet and adjust used vehicle pricing based on market trends, performance data, and internal KPIs to ensure competitivenessMaintain relationships with auctions to support physical and wholesale salesMonitor key performance indicators for the used car program and provide actionable insights to leadershipWork with captive finance lendor to ensure efficient handling and remarketing of off-lease vehiclesCollaborate with retailers to achieve purchase and Certified By INEOS objectives Perform ad hoc analysis related to used car portfolio and inventory valuation, leveraging existing residual value toolsOversee the Certified By INEOS program, ensuring compliance and effective administrationDevelop and execute customer-facing offers to increase CPO sales while managing variable marketing expensesCollaborate with marketing teams to execute CPO campaigns and manage budgets effectivelyQualificationsBachelor's degree in business5+ years of experience in automotive experience. wholesale or pre-owned experience preferredStrong understanding of vehicle remarketing, pricing strategies, and logisticsFamiliarity with digital platforms for automotive operations (e.g., Manheim, Dealer Portals)Experience managing Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) programs and marketing activitiesExcellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive performanceDemonstrated organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing prioritiesEffective communicator with strong relationship-building skills, especially with vendors and dealersThorough understanding of residual values (ALG) and used vehicle valuation methods (MMR)If the role sounds of interest and you want to learn more please apply.If your application is successful one of the team will be in touch to arrange an initial conversation!
