Job Description Job Title: Senior Compliance AnalystPay: $90,000 - $105,000Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).Position SummaryA large, publicly traded organization is seeking a Senior Compliance Specialist to support and strengthen its Third-Party Due Diligence and Counterparty Risk Management program. This role is instrumental in upholding the company's code of conduct, anti-corruption standards, sanctions compliance, trade controls, and broader ethics and compliance obligations across both domestic and international operations.This individual will act as a subject matter expert in third-party risk, partnering closely with cross-functional teams including Legal, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial. The position requires hands-on involvement in conducting and reviewing due diligence across a wide range of third-party relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesThird-Party Due Diligence & Risk AssessmentPerform risk-based due diligence reviews on customers, vendors, agents, contractors, and other external partners across multiple business linesConduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) for higher-risk entities, including international organizations, state-affiliated entities, and complex ownership structuresAnalyze ownership, control, beneficial ownership, sanctions exposure, corruption risk, and reputational considerationsDocument findings, assign risk ratings, and provide mitigation recommendations aligned with internal policiesAssess incomplete or non-standard documentation using a practical, risk-based approachCompliance Program SupportEnsure third-party engagements align with internal code of conduct, anti-bribery/anti-corruption standards, and applicable regulatory requirementsCollaborate with Legal and Compliance leadership to implement appropriate risk mitigation measures (e.g., contract language, certifications, audit rights, monitoring)Support ongoing enhancements to compliance policies, procedures, and due diligence workflowsStakeholder Engagement & AdvisoryServe as a key point of contact for business teams on third-party onboarding, vendor setup, and risk-related inquiriesProvide clear, practical compliance guidance while supporting business objectivesCommunicate due diligence outcomes and requirements in a concise, business-friendly mannerPartner cross-functionally with teams such as Commercial, Supply Chain, Accounting, and ITOversight & Continuous ImprovementProvide guidance and mentorship to junior team membersReview due diligence work for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with program standardsIdentify trends or gaps in third-party risk management and recommend improvementsSupport internal audits, reviews, and regulatory inquiriesContribute to training and awareness initiatives related to ethics and complianceRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Legal Studies, Risk Management, or related field5+ years of experience in compliance, third-party due diligence, counterparty risk, or regulatory risk managementExperience conducting risk-based due diligence on both domestic and international entitiesStrong understanding of: Anti-bribery and anti-corruption principles (e.g., FCPA concepts)Sanctions and trade compliance fundamentalsCorporate and beneficial ownership structuresExperience with due diligence tools, screening platforms, and ERP systems (e.g., vendor onboarding workflows)Strong analytical, documentation, and decision-making skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience within a large, complex, or highly regulated environmentExposure to international or logistics-related counterpartiesRelevant certifications (e.g., CAMS, CCEP, CRCM, or similar)Experience supporting audits or regulatory reviewsKey Soft SkillsHigh level of integrity and attention to detailAbility to balance compliance requirements with business needsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative mindset with confidence to appropriately challenge riskAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
