Billing Specialist
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepares and issues customer invoices based on service records or contracts
Verifies accuracy of billing data, rates, and supporting documentation
Records billing transactions and maintains up-to-date billing files
Communicates with customers regarding billing questions and payment status
Assists with reconciliations and reporting as needed
Supports the billing department in maintaining compliance with company standards
Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job
