You will be operating a Heidelberg CX75 six color press on first shift. Daily Responsibilities: Operate and maintain offset printing press equipment Ensure color accuracy and quality control throughout the printing process Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press machinery Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines Follow safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment Required Skills: Experience with offset printing and color management Knowledge of bindery and finishing processes Familiarity with commercial printing and lithography techniques Ability to operate Heidelberg presses or other printing equipment Strong attention to detail and color matching skills Nice to Have Skills: Experience with print finishing and die cutting processes Understanding of color theory and print production processes Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles Background in quality control inspection and preventive maintenance Salary and Benefits: Minimum Salary: $45,000.00 Maximum Salary: $65,000.00 Health, dental, vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays Life insurance, disability coverage Company Information: Founded in 1973, Associates International Inc is a marketing service provider employing 50 people.
