Job Details: Start Date: Immediate start after credentialing Shifts: 24-hour in-house shifts 5-7 shifts per month Call Ratio: 1 in 5 Patient Load: 5-10 patients per day Areas of Rounding: Post Partum, Ante Partum, and Labor and Delivery ICU Beds: 25+ EMR: Cerner Credentialing Timeframe: 4 weeks Support and Environment: Support Staff: RN???s, Back-up physicians, Physician Anesthetist, and/or CRNA Volume: 3-4 deliveries per 24 hrs 13-15 average patients per 24 hrs Coverage: The physician is the in-house coverage for all patients with or without a private physician Full-time in-house OB/GYN hospitalist at Saint Agnes Medical Center NICU Levels: Level 2 and Level 3 NICU???s in the hospital (Saint Agnes Medical Center) Submission Requirements: Board Certification: Board Certified/BE within 5 years State License: California license required at the time of name clear Certifications: Fetal Heart Monitoring Certification required Background: Clean background with no malpractice preferred Enriching Your OB/GYN Practice This locum to perm opportunity near Tulare, CA, provides a unique chance to contribute to the advancement of maternal healthcare in a bustling medical center.
