The Director of IT will oversee all aspects of the company's technology infrastructure, including IT management, IT operations, and network security. This role involves creating and implementing IT strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring the efficient functioning of systems, and safeguarding sensitive information. The individual will also lead and mentor IT teams to ensure optimal performance and develop best practices to support corporate operations.QualificationsProficiency in IT Management and IT Operations to oversee technology systems and teams effectivelyStrong knowledge in Information Technology and IT Strategy, with the ability to align technology initiatives with business objectivesExpertise in Network Security to ensure the safety and integrity of organizational dataDemonstrated leadership abilities, including experience in team building and staff developmentProblem-solving skills and a track record of implementing effective technology solutionsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferredCertifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), or CISM (Certified Information Security Manager).Experience in agricultural or similar industries is a plus, but not requiredProven track record of leadership in IT project managementExcellent problem-solving and communication skills
